Our mission is to help you elevate your experience of life by providing simple plans for movement, exercise, and nutrition as well as mental training tools so that you can maintain consistency in all areas of your health and become a better version of yourself.
We believe that every day is a positive opportunity. A chance to grow, learn, create, be kind, and spend time with our loved ones. We get to explore the world, and hopefully even improve it. To really experience life we have to be healthy, and we have to be strong. We must do the work and train our mind and body every day. It’s the only way. And it is our greatest life’s honor that somehow we figured out how to do this, and now we get to share this knowledge with you. It’s time to start your journey.

Program Outline
Initial assessment
Communicate & accept where you are now vs where you want to be. This includes several introspective tools including our bespoke “11 Tracks of Life” exercise to help you acknowledge your current situation.
Weekly reading material
We provide clients with a steady supply of literary material to accompany their sessions relating to various focus areas. Our goal is for history and science to help our clients understand why and how their better choices are making a difference.
6-month pivot
2-hour sessions, every 2 weeks (virtual & in-person options). Over the first 6-month period our clients undergo major changes in many of their core personal beliefs to do with health and their physical and mental potential.

We adhere to the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics. Our clients are welcomed from all corners of the earth with absolute confidentiality.
