I’m Frank: a coach, business owner, husband, endurance athlete, and mountaineer. Based in Los Angeles, I grew up in the English countryside. Here’s a picture of me with my nephew Oscar.

My
Values

Honesty & love

We can only grow if we know where the starting point is. Sometimes honesty is hard, and that’s the beautiful kind. Hard truth + love equals progress.

Learning through hard things

Pain is the ultimate teacher. When things don’t go as you planned. It’s never a failure, only realignment & progress. It’s easier not to identify too strongly with any outcome. Spend time in cold water, on lonely mountaintops, and appreciate the view.

Consistency

One of my favorite sayings is “I don’t know where I’m going but I know exactly how to get there”

If we set a course of healthy choices, then as long as we show up every day, even just a little bit, eventually we’ll be successful and we might even enjoy the ride.

Respect

Everyone has their path. Respect the way, and notice the inevitable seasons. Some times are for action & movement, others are for sitting and being quiet. Every moment can be healthy, no matter the journey.

MY HEALTH EXPERIENCE

Growing up in England in the 90’s. Limited health information. Through personal experimentation and a growing literature on diet, exercise, fitness, mental health, and spiritual practice I have established a path of health that I will explore for the rest of my life. I am constantly humbled by the challenges of modern life and the human/monkey mind and have been fortunate to stumble and toil across a living toolset that gives me the ability to navigate daily challenges as they arise, just a little bit better than I could yesterday. It’s my greatest joy to share this ever-evolving toolkit and guide other people, providing a support system so they too can find peace of mind and joy of existence. I’ve been fortunate to climb many mountains and blessed with a body that'‘s able to move. I run ultra-marathons in the hills every week. I installed a freezer/ice bath 3 years ago and spend time submerged and breathing every morning. I go camping either solo, with my wife or friends every month, usually in the Sierra Nevada mountains come snow or shine. I eat whole foods. I meditate every morning and do yoga 3-4 times per week. I lift weights most days and rock climb when I can. I am grateful I get to do all this while running a busy coaching business, and an entertainment agency. I am most of all grateful that I get to help other people find their version of health, to climb their own mountains (be it literal or figurative), and achieve success and peace of mind.

GUIDING PRINCIPLE

I don’t know where I’m going, but I know exactly how to get there.
